Hellenic Hearts’ Filodoxia Scholar Program

From the inception of Hellenic Hearts, the organization’s mission has not only been to provide a safety net for all Hellenes when they need it most, but to also help build a strong foundation for our youth rooted in education and community building whilst instilling passion for our Greek heritage. The Hellenic Hearts, through their Filodoxia scholar program, recognizes students who demonstrate great ambition to better themselves, their families, and their community as a whole.

A Filodoxia scholar not only is awarded financial assistance but is also provided education-to-career guidance through our organization’s extensive mentoring, networking, and professionalism programs, with the ultimate goal of promoting higher education and increasing professional success. Hellenic Hearts strives to make the collective experience and resources of the Hellenic-American community accessible to our youth to create an environment that builds confidence so that they may reach whatever academic and professional goals they desire, regardless of their financial means or education levels.

It is one of our deepest desires to assist Hellenic students of all backgrounds in implementing habits of success, professionalism, and community building. But more simply put, we want to remove all obstacles from impeding our youth from thriving in their futures.
